- We recommend you take out your own holiday insurance.
- Please remember the number of people and dogs occupying any bungalow may not exceed that stated in our literature. We reserve the right to terminate the holiday immediately and without refund if this condition is breached.
- At Golden Acre we ask our guests to please keep the premises, furniture and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of your holiday. If you find any damage on arrival please report it immediately to our Reception. We ask you to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which it was found.
- You will need to bring bed sheets, pillow cases, duvet cover, towels and a tea towel.
- Payment can be made over the phone using a credit/debit card. There is a fee of £10.00 for using a credit card but no charge for using a debit card. We regret we no longer accept cheques.
- Full payment is required if your holiday is booked less than 8 weeks before the start date.
- Holidays booked 8 weeks or more before commencement require a deposit for each week of: £150 for TYPE A and £250 for TYPE B & C bungalows. The balance will be due 8 weeks before the start date.
- Short breaks require full payment at time of booking.
- All prices include electricity. In addition to the bungalow price there is a charge of £7 per night for your dog. However, we welcome more than one dog at no extra charge!!
- Should you wish to alter the date of your holiday after it is confirmed an administration fee of £50 will be payable.
- If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason please inform us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to re-let the bungalow. If we are able to let the bungalow we will refund your payment less a £50 administration charge. If we are unable to re-let the bungalow no refund will be made.
- No refund will be made for Christmas and New Year bookings.
