Payments can be made online or over the phone using a credit or debit card. There is a £5.00 charge for credit cards but no charge for debit cards. We also accept cheques made payable to A SPEED LTD.

Full payment is required if your holiday is booked within 8 weeks of the start date.

Holidays booked 8 weeks or more before commencement require a deposit for each week of £200. The balance is due 8 weeks before the start date.

Short Breaks require full payment at the time of booking.

If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason please inform us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to re-let the property. If we are able to let the property we will refund your payment less a £50 administration charge.

If we are unable to re-let the property no refund will be made without prior agreement.

We recommend you take out your own holiday insurance.

Please note the numbers of people and dogs may not exceed those stated at the time of booking. Pets holiday for free at Golden Acre and we do also welcome more than one.

At Golden Acre we ask our guests to please keep the premises, furniture and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the commencement of your holiday. If you find any damage on arrival please report it immediately to our reception. We ask you to leave the premises in the same state of cleanliness and general order in which they were found.

You will need to bring bed sheets, pillow cases, duvet cover and towels.
A linen service is available on request.

The peaceful village of Eype does not have any street lights so we recommend you bring a torch!
